Our Usability Evaluations provide a structured, objective review of a site or application, conducted from the customer's perspective with their most important needs in mind. We begin every evaluation by developing a deep understanding of our client's goals and objectives and, where appropriate, the promises they are making to their customers in marketing or advertising campaigns and their responsibilites for accessibility.

Approaching an interface from the customer's point of view while maintaining a keen awareness of the paths and actions that would most suit our client's objectives allows us to assess the differential between the actions our client's want their customers' to take and the actions they are likely to take.
