No deployment set-up is required as content is managed via a web-browser**, and a single monthly rental charge replaces the upfront licensing fee.

NetEnable for Windows is available in a Standard configuration, Advanced configuration or Custom configuration.

NetEnable for Windows Application Service Provision

Standard Your organisation gains access to the full power of NetEnable for Windows, with a reduced monthly expenditure. This option includes all standard NetEnable Functionality, WYSIWYG Editing Environment, Content Approval Workflow, Flexible Navigation Management, Unlimited Authors and Approvers, Image Library Management. All from your web-browser**
As a shared environment on shared hardware, this configuration allows multiple organisations to use the single standard NetEnable installation, whilst maintaining complete separation of content and assets.

Advanced With the Advanced option, your organisation leverages all facilities in the Standard option, plus additional NetEnable, function rich, add-ons:

Rich Media Manager
Manage any Media Item you need, including MS Word, Excel, Access, PDF, QuickTime and Images.

iSecure
Bring extranet capabilities into your site by securing different section with username and passwords.

Rich Authoring
Enhancement WYSIWYG Authoring environment with richer HTML support for power users.

Within a dedicated environment a completely separate NetEnable installation is provided to your organization on shared hardware.

Custom Customised to meet your specific requirements, this option allows you the flexibility to structure your dedicated NetEnable environment on your dedicated hardware with whatever add-ons or additional applications you require.

All options come standard with IDEAS! professional hosting support to ensure maximum availability for your business critical service.
Standard and Advanced installations carry a once off installation fee to cover configuration and hosting support setup. Custom installations are undertaken as Time & Materials.
