their desired outcomes. Our experience suggests that the Human factors are often overlooked in technology based projects. They are, however, the underlying key to success - without which no project will flourish. With this in mind, we offer a number of services that allow us to guide, empower or measure your people including providing experienced tactical management resources to assist with the transition management.

Examples:

When the ATO could not understand why the transition to their new ePublish environment seemed to be “going in circles” rather than progressing smoothly - they asked us to help them by conducting an Implementation Review. By evaluating the business, human and technology parts of their plan, we identified that while there was a solid business plan and the technology was capable, the human
factor had had little consideration. By establishing working groups and facilitating a number of workshops, we enabled the teams to turn their projects around and get them back on track in a short space of time.


When a construction company faced potential revenue losses in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, resulting from the loss of a key resource in the payroll management area, we stepped in to take over short term tactical management
and assist in knowledge transfer and the documentation
of business rules. By not only filling the gap, but also bringing our expertise to bear, we were able to: avoid the losses, provide a managed outsource solution, reduce the operational cost by 15%, while minimising the operational & key person risks.
